
Newly released documents from the Jeffrey Epstein files reveal that Sarah Ferguson sent a message to the convicted paedophile congratulating him on the arrival of a “baby boy” following his release from prison in 2011.The former Duchess of York indicated she had learned of the supposed birth from “The Duke” – an apparent reference to her former husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.The correspondence forms part of approximately three million files made public by the US Department of Justice on Friday.In her message, sent via the BlackBerry Messenger service fifteen years ago, Ferguson wrote: “Don’t know if you are still on this BBM but heard from The Duke that you have had a baby boy. Sarah xx.”Whether Epstein actually fathered any children remains unverified, despite allegations that he had sexual relations with hundreds of women throughout his life.The document release, which also included 180,000 images and 2,000 videos, contained further revelations about Ferguson’s connections to the disgraced financier. Records show she offered Epstein and his associates exclusive VIP tours of Buckingham Palace.Perhaps most significantly, the files indicate that Prince Andrew maintained contact with Epstein until at least 2017 – seven years beyond the point at which the royal has publicly stated he severed ties with the convicted sex offender.
