Authorities have released the names of all 14 people killed when a UPS cargo plane crashed into a petroleum recycling facility in Kentucky earlier this month.The crash occurred shortly after the aircraft took off from Muhammad Ali International Airport at around 5.15pm on November 4, causing a huge explosion and fireball visible for miles. Officials confirmed that the victims include the three UPS crew members onboard the Honolulu-bound flight, as well as 11 workers and customers at a nearby business.Those who lost their lives have been named as Angela Anderson, 45, Carlos Fernandez, 52, Trinadette “Trina” Chavez, 37, Tony Crain, 65, John Loucks, 52, John Spray, 45, Matthew Sweets, 37, Ella Petty Whorton, 31, Megan Washburn, 35, Louisnes Fedon, 47, and his three-year-old granddaughter, Kimberly Asa.The UPS officials killed in the crash were previously identified as Captain Richard Wartenberg, 57, First Officer Lee Truitt, 45, and International Relief Officer Captain Dana Diamond, 62.
