Angela Rayner has confirmed that she underpaid stamp duty on her £800,000 flat in the seaside resort town of Hove.The Deputy Prime Minister has referred herself to the Prime Minister’s Ethics adviser after admitting that she will have to pay more property tax.The bill she will pay could run up to as much as an extra £40,000.
