The longer season covers both the October and February half-term breaks, to give families more chance to enjoy North African sunshine without being limited to peak summer dates.Tunisia has been popular since Jet2 first revealed it as a new destination in June, appealing to holidaymakers thanks to a promise of golden beaches, year-round warmth, ancient Roman ruins, vibrant medinas and stunning desert landscapes. There is plenty of choice when it comes to resorts too, with Hammamet, Yasmine Hammamet, Port el Kantaoui, Sousse, Skanes and Mahdia all available to book. This comes just a week after Jet2 announced a brand-new Summer 2028 route from Bristol Airport, opening up Tunisia to travellers in the South West as well.
