A former Royal Household official has spoken exclusively to GB News about his family’s ongoing ties to the monarchy, expressing pride that his son has maintained a strong professional connection to the Royal Family.Squadron Leader Adam Fox-Edwards, former Assistant to the Master of the Household, revealed that his son, Harry Fox-Edwards, has established a successful career auctioning iconic ex-royal vehicles.According to Mr Fox-Edwards, the late Queen Elizabeth II “would have been proud” to see the father and son duo appearing together in the Channel 5 television series, Buckingham Palace: A Year in the Life, exploring the history and heritage of royal motoring.Detailing his son’s career path, Mr Fox-Edwards explained how Harry transitioned from motorsport instruction into high-end vehicle auctioneering: “My son is a specialist car auctioneer. Then he said, ‘Oh, by the way, my dad used to work at Buckingham Palace, and he flew past it.’ So that was the connection.”Since then, the auction house has handled multiple high-profile vehicles formerly belonging to members of the Royal Family.
