
The compilation showed pedestrians in London attempting to cross to and from a so-called floating bus stop, where a cycle track runs between the main pavement and a passenger island. In one clip, a man is forced to leap back onto the pavement as a scooter careered into the back of a cyclist who had stopped to let him cross – with the man yelling, “It’s a crossing!” during the altercation.Another moment shows a near pile-up as cyclists speed through the crossing while a woman tries to cross. Accompanying the post was a warning from the NFBUK that so-called floating bus stops were “not safe or accessible for blind people”.
