The Canary Islands remain a year-round favourite thanks to a warm climate, family-friendly resorts and volcanic landscapes.Fuerteventura and Sardinia complete the top four, with both offering long stretches of sandy coastline and crystal-clear waters. Turkey also continues to represent strong value, with both the Dalaman Area and Antalya featuring among the six cheapest destinations despite Dalaman recording a modest price increase.Elsewhere, Portugal’s Algarve has seen one of the steepest falls, with average prices dropping 14.6 per cent to £603 per person. It is well worth comparing a few destinations before you commit – the difference of a short flight could save you hundreds.”At the opposite end of the rankings, the Maldives remains the most expensive destination at an average of £1,608 per person, while Egypt costs £801.
